We only charge when we are working. There is no monthly (or any other) fee to retain us as active Ombuds for your organization. There is no cost for our work with you to get set up; to keep in touch with you to make sure that your organization is getting what it needs; and for you to access Resologics’ online resources that will give you ongoing support in developing your policies and procedures, building your culture and teams, conflict advisory, etc…

• As chartered (contracted) Ombuds, once we begin work on a visitor case, or spend time reporting to you, we charge an hourly rate of $275 USD.

• If we are not under contract with you as Organizational Ombuds and are working on a single short term project like team coaching, a mediation, or a workshop for example, we charge $325 USD per hour for our time.

Based on the number of people you estimate we will be serving, and industry data on the percentage of people that typically use the service, we calculate a total estimated budget for the Ombuds office.

Our goal is to set a target budget for the year and make adjustments based on what is happening on the ground. We will check in with you regularly; if we predict that, over time, we will not stay within budget, you will have the choice about what to do. If it looks like we are staying under budget, you will have the option to add services, workshops, face-to-face marketing, etc…..or stay the course and come in under budget. Of course, you can add services at any time during our relationship.
