“Conflict is an opportunity. Avoidance is a symptom. Curiosity is the cure.”
In every thriving organization, conflict is present — not as a breakdown, but as an invitation to adapt, align, and grow. I work with leaders and fast-growing teams around the world who understand that strengthening communication and addressing conflict directly is key to innovation, creativity, and long-term success.
I bring my background as a licensed landscape architect, international mediator, and social entrepreneur (Shark Tank, 2012) to co-design a systems approach that help clients uncover the hidden dynamics holding their teams back. Whether it’s interpersonal tensions, unclear roles, values clashes, or behaviors quietly eroding team trust, I support teams in finding clarity, sanity, and stronger ways of working. Together, we chart a path forward that centers both relationships and results.
With experience across sectors — from nonprofits and universities to startups and global NGOs — I bring a design-informed, trauma-aware approach to conflict transformation. I’ve led everything from internal team retreats to whole-campus interventions and multi-national facilitation. Clients trust me to hold complexity and nuance while creating space for dynamic, actionable change.
I hold a Master’s in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding from California State University Dominguez Hills and a Certificate in International Peace and Conflict Studies from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. I’m also trained in restorative circles, trauma-informed practices, and ombuds work. I’ve served on school boards, environmental coalitions, and was a Director with the National Association for Community Mediation (NAFCM).
When I’m not doing the work I love, you can find me tending my avocado grove, hosting dinners, or exploring somewhere new. So — where will this adventure take you?
