Conflict Climate Inventory™

Conflict Climate Inventory™
The Conflict Climate Inventory (CCI) is a unique assessment for understanding and improving conflict handling skills in a team. It draws on findings from over six decades of study, combined with 20+ years of hands-on experience working with over 60 organizations, that show how to best engage with conflict at work.
This "Leader Only" CCI version engages with the team leader to assess her/his view of how the team is working together in and around conflict. The results provide a valuable leadership insights tool and potential areas to focus on for improvement.
(a certified CCI coach leads this process; assessment delivers on-line within a few days of sign-up; report delivers within a few days of assessment completion; debrief to meet schedule of coach and team leader)
PLEASE NOTE *We are delighted to bring this tool to you! Although we charge no $ fee to deliver the tool and debrief, we do ask that we sit down over lunch and/or a good bottle of wine during the process - and that that part of meeting will be on you.
